Buja Equity, LTD. is headquartered at 3580 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1133, in Los Angeles, California. The company was established to develop, operate, and manage branded hospitality locations inside high-traffic, mission-driven institutions — beginning with its flagship operations at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

The company holds a signed franchise agreement with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and currently operates two café locations at CHLA, one of the largest and most respected pediatric hospitals in the United States. Both locations passed OSHPD regulatory approval prior to construction and opened to the public in 2021, serving patients' families, visitors, and medical staff daily.

Buja Equity is structured as a fully operating company. The organization maintains a complete internal infrastructure — spanning strategic planning, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, information technology, logistics, store development, and internal audit — supported by a Board of Directors and an Audit & Compliance Committee. Day-to-day café operations are overseen by a District Manager and store-level management teams.
